UPDATE
Flash Flood -- September 1, 2009 and ACTS Response

After 12 inches of rain fell on Burkina Faso, flooding caused homes to collapse leaving 150,000 homeless. Food stored in villages was ruined and poor families lost all their material possessions.

ACTS continues to respond to the the needs of the poor. On November 3, additional grain was distributed to village widows.
