Kafando Asséta
As a young girl, Kafando was responsible for her younger sister and brothers. Unfortunately, Kafando did not have education or skills to earn a living. She came to the ACTS Center in desperation.
“I was born in a Muslim family. I and my three brothers and one sister were orphaned when our parents died. Before I came to Hope Center we faced many difficulties. We had little food to eat and no clothes or money to go to school. I give thanks to staff of the ACTS Hope Center for giving us a place to live and for teaching me how to sew.”
“I finished my training and took a qualifying government exam for seamstresses. I am grateful to ACTS for their training program that made it possible for me to receive an official certificate and become a professional seamstress. It is my prayer that ACTS will be able to continue to help others as I was helped.”
